When you purchase packages, subscription plans, or sponsored guest post services from ifraitfirm.com, you acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. It is essential for you, as a customer, to understand and agree to these terms before making any purchases on our site.

Refund Exclusions:

We do not honor requests for refunds or return payments for reasons such as website page availability, site loading speed, presence or absence of hyperlinks, indexing by search engines, third-party comments, text layout, content, and style. No exceptions will be made for consistency.

Our Money Back Guarantee:

In the rare event that we cannot publish an article or guest post on the publisher sites you specified, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding payment gateway charges. Alternatively, we may offer the option to redo the order on similar publisher sites or credit the amount to your POSTING Wallet for future use. However, the choice to receive a complete refund is always yours in this situation.

Refunds During the Writing Process:

If you decide to cancel your order during the article writing or review process, we can offer a 50% refund. Your completed article will still be delivered, and you retain the option to request revisions.

Refunds During the Publishing Process:

Refund requests during the publishing of a guest post will be denied. Once the publishing process has commenced, we cannot halt it, and the costs associated with publishing an article cannot be recovered. We advise thorough review before approving your article for publication.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be approved or denied within 24 hours of receiving your request.

  • Credit card refunds may take 5 – 10 working days to reflect on your card.
  • PayPal refunds will be instantly visible in your PayPal account.

Refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account, bank account, or card used for the payment; alternate accounts cannot be accommodated.

Customer Complaints:

Please contact us within seven days of purchase and provide clear evidence that the purchased product or service fails to meet its description on our site. Complaints based on the customer’s false expectations or wishes will not be honored.
